For the conversion of vehicles (2WD or 4WD) with traditional internal combustion engines to electric power while retaining the original drivetrain, Drenth Gearboxes can develop a reduction gearbox according to customer specifications that interfaces with the existing drivetrain.

These reduction gearboxes can be supplied with single-speed or multi-speed ratios, depending on the customer’s requirements. The gears are helically cut and grinded to achieve optimum efficiency while minimizing noise in the gear train.
